For my birthday in the summer I was tied to a chair with leather straps, my hands were tied together in fist mitts on my back. In my mouth was an inflated butterfly gag that suppressed any sound I wanted to make. So I was allowed to enjoy my birthday in silence with nipple clamps and vibrator all alone helpless on my chair.
