Leather Maid bound with strict Armcorsetts

I was tied up in my leather maid's dress, I was given fist mittens and the strict arm corsets, I also had to wear the long ballet boots and very wide foot cuffs that were tied together with locks. Then my hands were cuffed under my legs with a metal bar, because I couldn't bend my arms I was totally helpless, so I was given the strict panel gag and the blindfold so that I didn't get too loud.
